      York Hospital passes unexpected CMS survey with flying colors!

      February 5, 2010

      The comprehensive survey, which took three days to complete ended on Thursday with the hospital's leadershipgroup being told the surveyteam found ZERO DEFICIENCIES. Hospital President Jud Knox lauded the entire staff's efforts via a memo sent out hospital wide that read "Congratulations to everyone - the unannounced Federal Survey is complete andthe team reported zero deficiencies.The CMS team leaderunannounced suurveys with no deficiencies are very rare. Thanks for all your great work - every day!"
